Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@smithandroyfashion.com.
If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Please note: returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and reach out to us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.
